Tim Cashin
Tim Cashin is a partner at Equity Commercial Management and a principal of Ironwood Investments, a commercial real estate holding company. Mr. Cashin has acquired and developed approximately 1.3 million square feet of office, warehouse, and retail space since 1994.
Mr. Cashin received his Juris Doctor degree in 1978 from William Mitchell College of Law. He was Vice President of Investment Sales with the Shelard Group (which was subsequently acquired by CBRE) from 1986 until 1994 where he participated in over seventy sales transactions with a cumulative value in excess of $170 million.

Teddy Cashin
Teddy Cashin is a partner at Equity Commercial Management. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including working with vendors, responding to tenant needs, negotiating leases, preparing budgets, and marketing properties as needed. Teddy assists property owners with strategic planning related to asset repositioning, refinancing, disposition, and capital investments. He oversees the performance of each property and manages the efficient operation of ECM client assets, from daily maintenance to long term improvements. In these roles, he meets regularly with tenants and works closely with brokers, contractors, vendors, and bankers.
Prior to joining ECM, Teddy worked for private commercial real estate development and investment firms in Chicago, Illinois, where he was responsible for investment underwriting, asset management, marketing, deal sourcing, and due diligence related to acquisitions and dispositions.
Teddy earned a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Northwestern University.

Andrew Cashin
Andrew Cashin is a partner at Equity Commercial Management. He is responsible for the financial management of the company, including property- and portfolio-level accounting, budgeting, reporting, and consulting. Andrew works closely with property owners to analyze asset performance and evaluate existing and potential financial considerations. In addition, he advises ECM clients regarding forecasting and planning for individual assets and larger portfolios.
Prior to joining ECM, Andrew worked as a consultant for microfinance institutions in southeast Asia, as a financial consultant and analyst for commercial real estate firms in the Twin Cities, and as an independent financial consultant and interim CFO for several companies.
Andrew is a CFA charterholder and earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in economics and econometrics from Northwestern University.
